This digital collage was created as a way to challenge myself to turn an analogue format into a digital one.
As I was looking through old magazines, a particular image struck me. It was the a man standing on a cable in the sky in snow. I decided to juxtapose this with a picture of the “Christ the Redeemer” monument, as the action of the man mirrored the statue. I scanned these images and cut the focal image out in Photoshop to give it a cut and paste style, after which I composed the final layout.
